Transparency With You
The purpose of this page isn't to sell you a service; it's honest information. We've described each service below with the same care we'd use in an actual visit — including limitations and realistic expectations, not just promises. If you're still unsure which service is right for you after reading this, that uncertainty is completely normal; that's exactly why an initial evaluation session exists — to find the right path together, based on your actual situation.

Psychiatry is the medical practice of diagnosing and treating mental health conditions from a biopsychosocial perspective. Every visit begins with a full clinical assessment — not just a few quick questions, but a review of your history, current symptoms, family history, and any physical factor that might play a role in the picture. If medication is indicated after this assessment, the choice of drug, dose, and timing is based entirely on credible international clinical guidelines and your specific situation, not a one-size-fits-all prescription.

Some mental health difficulties aren't rooted in biology and need structured conversation and evidence-based psychotherapy approaches — whether individually or as a couple. The approaches we use (like CBT and ACT) aren't trends; they're methods backed by years of scientific research. In couples therapy, the main focus is understanding the actual pattern of interaction between two people, not deciding "who's at fault."

This category includes non-invasive methods for stimulating or regulating brain activity — options usually considered when medication alone hasn't given sufficient response, or when someone is looking for a complementary non-drug path. We want to be honest: these methods aren't miracles and aren't right for everyone; results vary between individuals and usually appear gradually, not immediately. The decision on whether any of them is suitable is always made after a careful individual evaluation.

A sound treatment decision starts with a sound evaluation. Alongside the clinical interview (which is always the essential core of any evaluation), we also use supplementary tools to get a more objective picture of brain and mental function. We want to be clear: these tools complement the clinical interview — they don't replace it. None of them can confirm or rule out a diagnosis on their own.
